This page explains your privacy rights and the choices available to you when using the FarzyMC merchandise site. We want to make it straightforward to understand what data exists, who holds it, and how to exercise your rights.

Because the FarzyMC store is powered by Fourthwall, most personal data related to purchases is held by Fourthwall — not by the FarzyMC website itself. This means many privacy requests need to be directed to Fourthwall.

2. Where your data lives

Understanding who holds your data helps you send privacy requests to the right place:

• Order data (name, email, shipping address, order history, payment records) — held by Fourthwall and its payment processors (Stripe, PayPal).
• Payment card details — handled by Stripe and PayPal. Neither FarzyMC nor Fourthwall stores your full card number.
• Support correspondence — held by Fourthwall for order-related inquiries, and by FarzyMC for general merch questions sent via email.
• Server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — collected by the FarzyMC website's hosting infrastructure as part of normal operation.

3. Access & correction

You may have the right to request access to or correction of the personal information held about you.

4. Deletion requests

You may have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Order data deletion

Because order data is held by Fourthwall, deletion requests should be submitted to Fourthwall:

Fourthwall processes deletion requests directly. Note that Fourthwall may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention.

5. Opt-out rights

The FarzyMC website does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The FarzyMC frontend does not use advertising pixels or tracking technologies.

If Fourthwall's platform or checkout involves data sharing that you wish to opt out of, contact Fourthwall directly at privacy@fourthwall.com.

6. Cookie controls

The FarzyMC frontend does not set its own cookies or use client-side tracking.

When you interact with Fourthwall's checkout or account features, Fourthwall may use cookies as part of their platform. Fourthwall provides a cookie consent banner on their checkout pages that allows you to manage cookie preferences for analytical and functional cookies.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings:

• Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies in their settings or preferences
• You can configure your browser to block some or all cookies, though this may affect site functionality
• Third-party cookies from services like Google Fonts can be managed through browser privacy settings

7. Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser-level signal that communicates your privacy preferences to websites you visit. Because the FarzyMC frontend does not engage in the sale or sharing of personal information or use tracking technologies, there is currently no data practice on this site for a GPC signal to opt out of.
