Your Privacy Choices

1. Overview

This page explains your privacy rights and the choices available to you when using the FarzyMC merchandise site. We want to make it straightforward to understand what data exists, who holds it, and how to exercise your rights.

Because the FarzyMC store is powered by Fourthwall, most personal data related to purchases is held by Fourthwall — not by the FarzyMC website itself. This means many privacy requests need to be directed to Fourthwall.

2. Where your data lives

Understanding who holds your data helps you send privacy requests to the right place:

• Order data (name, email, shipping address, order history, payment records) — held by Fourthwall and its payment processors (Stripe, PayPal).
• Payment card details — processed through Fourthwall and its payment service providers, including Stripe and PayPal, as identified in Fourthwall's Privacy Policy.
• Support correspondence — processed by Fourthwall through its order-support channels. Information submitted through the FarzyMC contact form is processed through Netlify Forms.
• Server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — collected by the FarzyMC website's hosting infrastructure as part of normal operation.

3. Access & correction

You may have the right to request access to or correction of the personal information held about you.

Order-related data (held by Fourthwall)

To request access to or correction of information associated with your orders, contact Fourthwall directly:

• Email: privacy@fourthwall.com

FarzyMC site data

To request deletion of information held by the FarzyMC website specifically, please contact us through our Contact page.

5. Opt-out rights

The FarzyMC website does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The FarzyMC frontend does not use advertising pixels or tracking technologies.

If Fourthwall's platform or checkout involves data sharing that you wish to opt out of, contact Fourthwall directly at privacy@fourthwall.com.

6. Cookie controls

The FarzyMC frontend does not set its own cookies or use client-side tracking.

When you interact with Fourthwall's checkout or account features, Fourthwall may use cookies as part of their platform. Depending on your location and Fourthwall's current configuration, cookie-consent controls may be available on Fourthwall-hosted pages. When available, those controls can be used to manage applicable cookie preferences.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings:

• Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies in their settings or preferences
• You can configure your browser to block some or all cookies, though this may affect site functionality
• Third-party cookies from services like Google Fonts can be managed through browser privacy settings

7. Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser-level signal that communicates your privacy preferences to websites you visit. Because the FarzyMC frontend does not engage in the sale or sharing of personal information or use tracking technologies, there is currently no data practice on this site for a GPC signal to opt out of.

For GPC support on Fourthwall's platform, contact Fourthwall at privacy@fourthwall.com.

8. California residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to:

• Know what categories of personal information are collected, disclosed, or sold
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

For CCPA/CPRA requests involving this shop, the currently published Farzy/Fourthwall privacy policy lists the following contact details:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate personal data
