1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the FarzyMC merchandise website ("the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site.

These Terms apply to your use of the FarzyMC frontend. When you interact with Fourthwall's platform — including checkout, payments, and order management — Fourthwall's own terms of service also apply. Please review Fourthwall's Terms of Service.

2. About the site

The FarzyMC merchandise site is a custom storefront that displays and promotes official FarzyMC merch. The site is operated by FarzyMC ("Farzy," "we," "us") and is powered by Fourthwall, a third-party commerce platform.

FarzyMC is responsible for the storefront design, branding, content, and merch selection. Fourthwall is responsible for the commerce infrastructure, including product catalog management, checkout, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, and merchandise customer support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you meet any age requirements imposed by Fourthwall's platform and applicable law.

4. Products & pricing

Products displayed on the site are sourced from Fourthwall's catalog. Most merchandise is produced on demand (made to order) by Fourthwall's production partners.

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and are determined by Fourthwall. Prices may change at any time. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you pay. Taxes, shipping fees, and any applicable customs duties may be added during checkout.

Product availability, descriptions, and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations between product images and the finished product may occur due to the nature of on-demand production, screen differences, and printing processes.

5. Orders & payments

All orders are placed through and processed by Fourthwall's platform. When you complete a purchase, you are entering into a transaction facilitated by Fourthwall.

Payment is processed by Fourthwall's payment providers. FarzyMC does not receive, process, or store your payment card details.

Order confirmation is provided by Fourthwall. An order confirmation does not guarantee availability — in rare cases, Fourthwall may need to cancel or modify an order (for example, if a product becomes unavailable). In that event, Fourthwall will notify you.

Cancellation is only possible before fulfillment begins. Once production starts or a shipping label is created, changes are generally no longer available. Contact Support immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order.

6. Shipping & fulfillment

Fourthwall handles all order fulfillment and shipping. Delivery estimates provided on the site are approximate and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on production schedules, carrier performance, destination, and other factors.

FarzyMC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues — these are handled by Fourthwall and its logistics partners.

7. Returns & refunds

Because most merchandise is made to order, returns are limited. Returns and replacements are generally only available for verified quality or fulfillment issues (such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items). Preference-based returns (changed your mind, ordered the wrong size) are not normally covered.

8. Intellectual property

The FarzyMC brand, logos, designs, artwork, site design, and original content on this site are the property of FarzyMC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission.

The Fourthwall platform, its name, and its technology are the property of Fourthwall. Merch designs displayed on the site are created by or for FarzyMC.

Nothing on this site grants you a license to use any FarzyMC or Fourthwall trademarks, logos, or branding.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's operation
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the site without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Use the site to transmit harmful code or malicious content
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate FarzyMC or Fourthwall

Violation of these terms may result in your access to the site being restricted or terminated.

10. Third-party services & links

The site relies on Fourthwall for commerce functionality and may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as YouTube, social media platforms, and Fourthwall's support pages). These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.

FarzyMC is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

11. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

FarzyMC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the site.

Because fulfillment, shipping, and customer support are handled by Fourthwall, FarzyMC cannot guarantee outcomes related to order processing, delivery, or dispute resolution.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FarzyMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

FarzyMC's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
