Cancellation is only possible before fulfillment begins. Once production starts or a shipping label is created, changes are no longer available. Contact Fourthwall Support immediately through the order-support flow if you need a change or cancellation.

Your order number is in the Fourthwall order confirmation email and on the Fourthwall order confirmation/status page.

Fourthwall emails you a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking may initially show only the first carrier — a brief pause during carrier handoffs (e.g. DHL/UPS to USPS for final delivery) is normal.

A new label may need time to receive its first scan. Tracking can also pause briefly during carrier handoffs, when one carrier passes a package to another for final delivery. "Label Created" status for several days during these transitions is normal. If tracking appears genuinely lost, contact Fourthwall Support.

Yes. Items may be produced by different fulfillment partners, so one order can arrive in multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.

Fourthwall ships on-demand merchandise to most countries. The country selector at checkout is the authoritative check for availability.

Possibly. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. On some routes, duties are collected at checkout as a "Sales tax & duties" line item. Customs can also affect international delivery time.

Not when the size you selected was correctly produced. Made-to-order merchandise is not eligible for preferred-size exchanges. If Fourthwall shipped a different size than what you ordered, that's a fulfillment issue — report it to Fourthwall Support.

Contact Fourthwall through the order-support flow within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the damage. Fourthwall reviews the claim and coordinates a covered replacement or refund. Qualifying issues include misprints, faded designs, shipping damage, incorrect colors, and physical defects.

Fourthwall's average reply time is 12 hours or less, including nights and weekends.
